After becoming a part of the program, I have become very active. With support from my coach and other diabetic people in my group, I have shifted to a healthy diet plan along with regular physical activity. The best experience has been participating in the StepUp Challenge where all group members compete for the number of steps daily. Earlier I used to walk only 3,000-4,000 steps a day and now I can easily do more than 10,000 steps a day. Weekly report card provided on the app is quite helpful to track my health. My coach is excellent - she understands me really well. I also use this app daily for meditation which helps me sleep better. My journey has been great so far, thanks to the coaches, educators and support team at Breathe.

I will give this program a 10 on 10 for having an overall approach to diabetes. I am very happy with the positive changes in my health and lifestyle. I have reduced 4.5 Kg weight and lowered my blood sugar (earlier it was 165 and now it is 120). My HbA1c has come down from 8 to 6.4. My doctor has discontinued the expensive medicines I used to take before enrolling for the program.
